Mid last year Jon Peterson and others organized the P2P infrastructure workshop. Recently, a draft as a workshop summary was made available, see http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5594. I noticed that I never put my slides on my blog. Together with Marcin we worked on a position paper and Marcin presented a slide set.
